Utility 85-4 has seen better years and is scheduled to be replaced within the next few months. The new vehicle is a 2010 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a fitted box. The photos were taken after the chassis was received from the manufacturer, the vehicle is currently being assembled.

A second mailing of the fund drive is scheduled for the near future for addresses that may have not responded, if you have already received the fund drive letter please disregard the second mailing.
The proceeds will go towards the payment for what will become the new utility vehicle. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will be spent wisely. This department is a community effort and is a 100% volunteer organization. Without your continuous support this department wouldn't exist, on behalf of the department and its members Thank You. |

Southmont 38th Annual Jubilee |

On Thursday, June 3 2010 Engine 85-2 participated in the 38th Annual Jubilee held by the Southmont Vol Fire Co. Our 1995 Ford Mini-Pumper won the "Best Appearing and Equipped Engine 750GPM and Under" in the Firefighter Parade. Great Job!! Here are some photos from the event.
